I am requesting a refund of my purchase which was $315.00 charged to my debit. I work in the construction management field and when work calls, work calls! I did not miss my appt because I "overslept" insinuating as if I were just a lazy, irresponsible person. I have purchased Tory Burch in the past and I know the quality of them. The box, bag and frames were all in-authentic. I went to pick up my new glasses, in excitement that was of course until I got their and noticed that the quality was not authentic. I decided to purchase a pair of "Tory Burch" Frames from I-Care in which came back on January 21, 2015. All I want is my money back and never to do business with them again!
